Mojtaba joined the GOGEL team in Urgewald as a researcher. He studied Electrical Engineering with B.Sc. (Sharif University / Tehran) and has a master's degree in International Economics and Finance (Berlin). He is interested in Social and Economical Sustainable Development and Eco-economics in the global energy market. He is certified as Energy Risk Professional (ERP) and has worked in the private sector for more than 15 years including financial institutes (private banks), Telecom (Vodafone), and Meta, besides specializing in the Energy market in the Global South and specifically in the middle-east.
In his private time, he likes to play dance music and organize music festivals. Also, he has been involved with different humanitarian NGOs, such as Human Rights Watch and KulturLab (Deutsch-Persische Werkstatt).
