Olha holds a Master’s degree in International Affairs from Hertie School, with a specialization in human rights. She has a background in project management at a children's rights organization, where she focused on refugee support. At Urgewald, she is part of the Global Coal Exit List (GCEL) team, with a regional focus on Eastern Europe and Central Asia. In her free time, she enjoys spending time outdoors, crocheting, and reading a good book.
