As Organizational Manager, Anna is responsible for this. In addition to overseeing the organization’s day-to-day internal operations, she focuses on roles, processes, and organizational, team, and cultural development.
Anna brings extensive leadership experience from the business sector to this role — as the founder and managing director of a medium-sized consulting firm, as a partner at international consulting companies, and as a consultant specializing in IT, human resources, and organizational development. She is a systemic consultant and coach, with a particular focus on New Work and self-organization.
Anna has been connected to urgewald for many years through the climate justice movement and joint divestment campaigns. Since 2025, she has been working there full-time — and still enjoys her “change of sides” from her former corporate job to civil society every morning.
